April Zumba Workout Class with Grace

April Zumba Workout Class with Grace
We are excited to have instructor Grace Wu to lead us in this hour long fun session. Grace has been a licensed Zumba instructor since June 2014. She loves teaching Zumba classes because every class feels like a party! So, come party with us with some latin hits, Flamenco, and K-pop!
No experience is needed. Just come and have some fun!
This class is free!!! But please register with the Eventbrite link to receive the zoom link.

To celebrate API and Jewish Heritage Month in May, ​NAWMBA Seattle is hosting an award-winning film “Above the Drowning Sea”, directed by Emmy Award director & producer Rene Balcer and narrated by Golden Globes & Emmy Award-winning actress Julianna Margulies.
STORY
Above the Drowning Sea, a stylish documentary, tells the story of the dramatic escape of European Jews from Nazi-controlled Europe to Shanghai on the eve of World War II. As Hitler’s forces sought to expel the Jews from Europe, no other country would open its doors to the refugees. Their lives at stake, the refugees desperately looked for a way out from what would become the Holocaust. Then, a door opened on the east coast of far-away China, in Shanghai, an “open city” itself in chaos from foreign invasion and civil war. But getting there required a “golden” document to get out of Nazi Europe — a visa from China….

TAP-ATX and TAP-SEA are coming together to bring you VIRTUAL LANGUAGE EXCHANGE: AAPI Heritage Edition!
You will have an opportunity to practice your Chinese in a judgment-free zone while making new friends. No matter what your level of Mandarin, you can come connect with us and learn about Taiwanese culture!

Drawing in the Park

Join us for our first in-person event since a long time!
Come spend a peaceful Sunday afternoon making beautiful sketches with watercolor colored pencils and markers! Bring your own chair/blanket and something flat and sturdy to put the paper on to draw. We will provide the drawing materials and instructions.
All levels are welcome.

Summer is in full swing! What better way to celebrate than to meet up at the park and grill some food! We’d like you to join us for a BBQ at Luther Burbank Park, located on Mercer Island. All we need you to do is bring your family, friends, and pets and be ready to eat, play, and enjoy the outdoors.
TAP-Seattle will be providing burgers, hot dogs, Taiwanese sausage, soda, water, and etc. We will also be bringing some outdoor games too. Feel free to bring your own games and lawn chairs! Bring swimwear if you want to take a dip and cool down, we are next to the beach!
Time: Sunday July 18 from 11:00am – 2:00pm

TAP welcomes you back to in person tappy hours with three different drink vendors all in one location. Network with other young professionals and mingle with friends new and old over some of the best drinks Seattle has to offer. We look forward to seeing everyone and having a great time!
T2 Cellar is an award winning winery. The Dailies is one of the newest sensations creating delicious fruit and milk tea drinks. Republic of Cider produces some of the most innovative ciders in the industry. T2 Cellar and Republic of Cider also offer take home options.
We will have a limited number of free burgers and hot dogs. We encourage you to bring your own meal or order delivery.
